Saturday 6th July 2024
A multi-period picnic was held at Ashby de la Zouch Castle. The weather was a little on the drizzly side, but nothing we couldn't handle. We even got to see some peregrine falcons nesting in the castle tower!
Thank you to English Heritage who provided reduced entry tickets, and complimentary guidebooks, to all in costume - we really appreciated it.
