The Guild has organised a group visit to Angels Costumes. Tickets are £24 per person.

"Behind the Seams at the world’s largest costume house; Angels Costumes. A one-of-a-kind experience, the Behind the Seams tour showcases our extensive costume collection, which spans 8 miles worth of rails, and over 1 million items. On the tour, you’ll be guided around all of Angels Costumes departments including Tailoring, Ladies Making, Alterations, Uniform, Badge Room and Warehouse. You’ll hear first-hand accounts of working on the biggest productions such as Shakespeare in Love, The Lady in the Van, Downton Abbey, Wicked and Game of Thrones. And see clothes made or recreated for Benedict Cumberbatch, Judi Dench, Fred Astaire, Johnny Depp, Cate Blanchett and many more."

2pm: Walking tour of Angels Costumes

"Our tours are walking tours which can last up to 2-hours. Please be aware that there are no places to sit along the tour and there will not be any rest breaks. As this is a multi-level working environment, our tours are unsuitable for those aged 14 and below."
Dress Code
Historically inspired attire. The tour implies a lot of walking and potentially narrow places so feel free to be more 'history bounding' than fully historical if it's more comfortable for you.
